This wheeled backpack includes new premium padded backpack straps that are completely removable, making the backpack straps easier to stow and decide whether or not to carry as a backpack. The TECH PAC MC WHEELER BLACKOUT also features our proprietary V-SWAP? system of interchangeable panels. Includes the Tool Panel (included and mandatory) and Meter Panel. Other panels sold separately.
